About Diana

Growing in a developing country, and born in the city, i had the chance to see communities being built and how quickly the population move to acquire those properties. My father was an architect who worked for the government building government facilities and public homes. He also had his own contracting business. He lectured the family a little about land surveys, stages of builing structures and dimensions, public amenities, infrastructures etc.

I became interested in real estate and took some architectural class after high school. His constant travel brought seperation between him and my mother and i was not able to further my education in architect because of lack of support. I decided to go to a secretarial school. l Few weeks after my graduation in 1990, i met my husband who supported me to open an office where i served the community with desk top publishing, Logo designing, birthday cards, wedding invitation cards, School ID Cards, laminating, type setting, photocopying, book binding, selling of office supplies like toners, catrigdes and other stationaries. I had the opportunity to train students in the community how to use and access the web/internet as a whole since its just been opened to the public at the time. I also opened a telephone booth for both local and international calls within the office setting and a mini post office where the community could mail letters and other courier services.

I later bought a piece of land on which i supervised for the building of our dreem home. I also opened a shop selling construction materials like cement, iron rods, pipes and fittings, and some kitchen/bathroom construction materials, while i managed a rental complex as well.

I had the opportunity to come to the US few years after the loss of some close family members to start a new life. I began as a caregiver in 2003 caring for the elderly in facilities and their homes. I obtained my real estate license and joined Hope Realty in 2018, which later became an affiliat with Weichert Realtors in 2019, the largest independently owened Real Estate Company in America.

As a real estate professional with excellent negotiation skills, Diana's main goal is to provide quality service to her clients and customers who counts on her strenghs of intergrity, dedication and reliability. In order to maintain a high degree of proficiency and stay abreast with the current market trends, Diana continues to take courses, seminars and webinars.
